How I Lost 60 Pounds…..TWICE

Avocado Pudding
1 whole avacado
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp organic cane sugar
Put ingredients in blender.
Blend together and chill in refrigerator for 15mins. Eat with spoon.

1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
1 banana frozen
handful spinach
2 tbsp greek yogurt plain
splash of almond milk
1-2 tsp chia seeds
Blend and serve

Salad Dressing
1 whole clove garlic, peeled
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Smash the garlic clove with the back of a knife. Add garlic to the other ingredients in a jar or other airtight container. Cover, shake well and serve. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Night Time Routine




Our evening usually starts around 4:00. That’s when we head to my bootcamp class! The boys love playing in the childcare center, and this momma loves her 45 mins to get a workout in.
After the gym we go home and have playtime with daddy, dinner time, bath time, story time, bed time. I love this schedule because both boys are asleep by 7:30! This gives me a couple hours to myself (if I can stay awake that long).


Chase’s Baptism


Chase was baptized! I know, I know, I should have done this months ago 🤦‍♀️  Since we live far from family and friends, we waited so we could celebrate with the ones we love. It was a beautiful day and I wanted to share some of the highlights. Enjoy!
